Event Marketing

Hyper Hyper worked with Bathurst Tourism to promote their Heritage Trades Trail Event, held over a 2 day weekend.

The objective was to increase visitation from people outside the region and disperse across different areas over the Bathurst region.

With multiple events held over different venues and targeting different audiences, a variety of marketing tools were used to educate and motivate.

Hyper Hyper worked closely with Bathurst Tourism to support their existing branding for the campaign by creating a variety of design assets for the different media required.

Strategy

Hyper Hyper created an integrated media campaign including display banners, facebook and email marketing.

We also built a microsite to promote the different events throughout the region.  This was used to educate people on what they could see and do, the times the different events were on and how they could buy tickets.

To assist with regular ongoing marketing activity, Hyper Hyper created a campaign promotion with the incentive of winning a weekend in Bathurst.

Potential visitors to the event, register their information on the campaign microsite and enter the promotion to win a weekend in Bathurst with their friends and family.
