As always, research was undertaken to understand pre-conceptions, fears and the target audience of who the typical persona of a Specialist Plastic Surgeon patient.

Hyper Hyper produced the Member Only Research Results document, by analysing the results of the online survey.

It was then used to create profiles and actionable consumer insights in the form of a Persona.
