This Hyper Hyper campaign delivered qualified leads resulting in property sales. The database was profiled and segmented to use for ongoing nurturing and sales.

The campaign microsite tracked all responders on the Hyper Hub via a live tracking dashboard. All profile answers and detail updates by responders were populated directly in the database and automatic alerts sent to the sales team for follow-up.

A Persona is a semi fictionalised profile created from the data analysis. Persona’s are a good starting point, but needs more definition to show what makes a person tick and the motivators making them want to purchase.
