Stockland Property Group had multiple databases from different campaigns and various levels of contact details of passed enquirers. Stockland were looking for a new campaign to help consolidate and update these database contacts.
Hyper Hyper created a digital marketing campaign where responders updated their current position within the purchasing cycle and lifestyle preferences. The Hyper Hub tracked these results and automatically directed leads to the Stockland sales teams for immediate follow-up.
This Hyper Hyper campaign delivered qualified leads resulting in property sales. The database was profiled and segmented to use for ongoing nurturing and sales.

The campaign microsite tracked all responders on the Hyper Hub via a live tracking dashboard. All profile answers and detail updates by responders were populated directly in the database and automatic alerts sent to the sales team for follow-up.

It is then used to provide selectable attributes for the marketer and actionable consumer insights in the form of a Persona for the targeting purposes to find more of the same.
A Persona is a semi fictionalised profile created from the data analysis. Persona’s are a good starting point, but needs more definition to show what makes a person tick and the motivators making them want to purchase.
